To answer your question, the Project Info screen below gives info about the project and not the tracks/songs. You can have more than one song in a project and more than one artist.

The real information is for each song, thus when you make a "CD" (in the top menu bar) , as per the screen below, or an MP3 out of one or more of the songs in a Project, that is where you indicate the ID3 info.

Click on Tracklist on the screen above to get the ID3 info screen below or alternatively navigate directly to this screen using CD, Track Options:

Note that here you can copy the info to all of the tracks by clicking on "All."

Unfortunately, Samplitude does not have Author URL on the list. It is the only one that you have on your list that seems not available in Samplitude. As I have shown, the others are all there. You will have to use another program, like Windows Explorer, to add Author URL. Perhaps you can propose this to Magix for the next version.
