Hi

Export the file as a mp4 video - File, Export, Video as mp4

From the export dialog select the format AVCHD or MP4 and resolution you require, at 1 in image below - if the TV will play AVCHD then select this - it will give a smaller file size with the same quality.

Enter a save location and filename and location at 2 in image below - exporting to your internal hard drive first not the USB device - this will avoid issues.

The option at 3 may or may not be checked, do not change this.

When exported copy the file to the USB device.

I would recommend you read the installed PDF manual available under Help.
