Need disc for Samplitude Music Studio 2013 and bonus Independence Sound Library after download purchase

I need to obtain the bonus Independence Sound Library for Samplitude Music Studio 2013 (12 GB) and the Samplitude Music Studio 2013. I am having trouble doing the download and wish I had paid the freight for the discs for all of the software. Is it possible for me in retrospect to get all of the software delivered on disc which was an option at the time of purchase for an extra £2.99. If so who do I contact to do this.
