My Video Easy does not import mp4 video - how do I overcome this? When I try to import mp4 video from my Samsung Galaxy phone the File extention is not recognised. Anyone got answer to this?

I have been informed by the Multimedia Knowledge Community that my question has gone unanswered. I have solved the problem myself by downloading a free video converter called AVC (Any Video Converter) and easily converted the MP4 files to MP1 files. It works well for me but I would like to make a suggestion to the Magix Corp to include a converter in the software of Video Easy in their future programmes. Most Samsung phones and tablets take MP4 video so it will be advisable to include these types of video files. I also converted MOV files to MP1 taken with an iPhone.
