MY VIDEO AND AUDIO OUT OF SYNC AFTER BURNING ON DVD-

My video and sound is in perfect sync in the Edit mode (Magix Movie Edit Pro 14), but when the video is burned on a DVD (NTSC format), the video is out of sync with video at some segments, but not all segments.
Please advise !!

Can you explain a little more about where the segments are out of sync?

Is it during video transitions or is it more towards the end of the video?

Does the sync get worse as the video progresses?

Another important question: What is your source material and how did you get it into the program? Is this project based on an analog or miniDV capture? Did you file-import the material into the program? If so, what video format (file type and video codec) are you using?
