Rescue Version 3.0.1.25, Windows 10. I have waited near 8 years to use this product. Never saved anything. Is it still a working software and are there updates?

Version 3 of RYVT is now very old! I believe the latest is version 9.
Given the age of your software I think there is almost no chance that it will work under Windows 10, sorry. However, have you installed the drivers for the USB dongle which are appropriate for your OS, i.e., 32 bit if you have a 32 bit version of Win 10, or 64 bit if you have 64 bit Win 10? That presumes there are 64 bit drivers for such an old product!
I think you would be best advised to upgrade to the latest version. There are highly unlikely to be any updates to your current version, I think.

The new version is still not obtainable at the Magix shop front. Personally I would not try buying elsewhere at present. This product has not been on sale or updated for some time now.

This is one of, I think, very few products from Magix that actually needs to be sold boxed, because of the inclusion of the USB dongle.
I suspect the Magix shop may not list it, for that reason, but it is still available from Amazon. I do agree with you that it does not seem to have been updated recently but I'm not sure that should be a reason to avoid buying it!
