My narration is cut off

When I import my MP3 narration files, some of the clips get the last word cut off. I listen to the original and it is fine but as soon as I import them into Edit Pro 14 it gets cut off. I need help as I am up against a deadline.

It sounds as if the codec is not representing the file correctly in the program.

Maybe converting the mp3 files to a different format will help. You could try burning them down as a audio CD, then loading them in from the CD to the software. If you burn them as CD Audio (.cda) format, when you load them into the movie edit pro, it will natively convert them to .wav format.
