Hi

. . . . Got an e mail from Magix.......telling me to change my question? okay, simples, my version of Macix is not working? Will that do you . . . .

Most definitely not.

We need a lot more information - read this post and then come back with the following:

  1. Computer specification, include processor make/model, RAM, Graphics card or chipset used, hard drive free space?
  2. Windows version, if 10 was this an update from 7 or 8?
  3. Was RYVT working then suddenly stopped - if suddenly stopped what changed on the computer?
