My Magix pc and Tuning 2012 program stopped being able to do performance checks

Magix pc and Tuning 2012 program" Performance check " ,says I don't have an internet connection but I do.

The program had been working fine now it doesn't work.

What could be the problem?

I sometimes use performance check on Facebook. When I attempt to use app now a box comes up with Magix site is down for maintenance. There must be a lot wrong for the time it is taking them.
