I've been using Sony equipment (phones, cameras etc.) for a while now
and I wanted to upgrade my editing software to Sony Vegas Pro (I use Windows 10)
I installed the free trial a few months ago (using a different email) and it worked great so a few days ago I decided to purchase the full version of Sony Vegas Pro 13.0. I got an email and I downloaded and installed the software.
When I tried to type in the serial number it says
"This application will restart to complete the upgrade progress"
and I end up at the serial number page again and nothing will work.
I am very frustrated because I paid a lot of money and I really wanted to edit some videos
but I can't because the program won't work. I am looking forward to quickly solve this problem.
