I have had problems like that before. Funny enough, sometimes when I used a different disc manufacture it works on the system it didn’t work on before.

For that reason I have a few different spools of DVDs from different manufactures.

Now, it could be something to do with Regions that are supported by the Samsung setup you have. You might need to refer to the owner’s manual or contact Samsung to see if there is a DVD region support difference for their player.

if I am not mistaken, MAGIX burns region 0 so it is more universal. Perhaps the player you have does not support that region or perhaps it just doesn’t like that disc manufacture...
