Music preload stops and freezes

I have just purchased the, MAGIX extreme Photo Bundle (Photostory On CD & DVD 6) a few days ago thinking that I'm set to do projects. I am having trouble, when adding music to the slideshow, the perload freezes up. I have tried efverything that I think will make it work and no help. What do I need to do to get this program to work properly?

I need help. Please send me a e-mail or call me so I can go forward with the projects.

Exactly what type of audio data are you trying to import (MP3 files, WAV files, audio CDs) and how do you go about this? Maybe it's something obvious that we could help with, if you provide a few more details.

Beyond that, you might want to contact Magix tech support for more help (since you seem to be thinking this here is a Magix customer service facility...)
