@David-Barselow This can be an audio driver problem. Have you tried restarting the computer and a higher ASIO sample buffer size?

I have Music Maker 2025 Premium and a LOOPS UNLIMITED subscription, but after turning on the MM program, I do not have access to the
Soundpols, and in the browser it shows me that I can buy them. How do I fix this issue, how do I make Soundpools available with my Loops Unlimited subscription?

@Waldemar-Trdowski5004 Maybe try to rescan the Soundpools in the program settings of Music Maker? Does this help?

This could also be a in-app store caching problem, with the purchase status of your "Loops Unlimited" not being picked up correctly by the program. Please try the following:

Open the program settings dialogue within Music Maker (e.g. via the "P" key). Now trigger the "Clean up Store..." procedure from the "General options" tab. This will clean up the local store database and get rid of potential problems. (You're not going to lose any locally installed content through this prodedure.)

Once the program has restarted (and maybe after allowing it a few seconds to interact and sync with the server again and rebuild the in-app store cache), please check again whether the soundpool items are available for download/installation through the "Store" tab now (and whether potentially already installed soundpools are available again).

Hope this helps!
