Music Maker Crashed after purchase of Summer Bundle will not download

After purchasing the Royalty Free version of the Summer Bundle that is on sale, the Music Maker program crashed. I have went through the trouble shooting guide to recover the file. Still no download. The information on the store tab said it is purchased. Also tried to update the program but each time it downloads I get an error that the file is corrupt and the program shut down. So I skipped that part (the update) and went through both steps of the trouble shooting guide still no download.

@Michael-Callahan As a workaround you can download the ZIP files manually from www.producerplanet.com

Just use your Music Maker login credentials and then look under "My Products".

You can also try to open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache of the store. Perhaps it will delete problematic leftovers from your download.
