maybe its because im doing something wrong or because im a noob but somethings not working right. i ordered the software, clicked the direct download option, got my serial # and confirmation # in my email, clicked the link in the email, downloaded the application and right as its installing my computer tells me that the program has stopped responding. now im left wondering what the hell just happened. help?
