By sample do you mean Audio? if so then you can clear that using Magix Music Editor.

How to open Music Editor? easy way click on START/All Programs/Magix/Magix Music Editor then click File in Editor/Load Audio Files. As you will load audio file you can see other features on top as in the screen shot.

In the EFFECTS there are various effects, you have to choose which you like and do some experiment when you are done please click on File/Export audio.
