I contacted customer service and they pretty much confirmed the same as you.

BUT, still there are no such option when I try to upgrade.

Only the box version with shipping costs and time to wait. But after all, it's not the end of the world ;-)

I am sorry that your problem is still there. If you contacted customer support by message then you should have their reply by e-mail to you.

If this is the case, you can once again replyto Magix by the same e-mail you got but do not change anything in the subject line. Then tell them what you are doing and that does not work. They will tell you how to do or if your download version is incomplete then will let you know. This is the fastes way to get reply from Magix.

Note: are you sure your download version is complete, why not check
from my pdf I have made for users, by looking at the image you can find if your MMM 16 Premium is same or not.

I've sent messages to customer service, trying to explain the problem clear and easy. But I got a one line answer, telling me to do what I have done all the time. So I don't think they bothered to read my message before they answered...

Anyway, I've tried to re-install the whole system to see if it made any difference, but no. When I try the upgrade procedure as described in my first post, I'm sent directly to this page:

There are a special price offer to upgrade, but only a package version. If there are a download upgrade version, I think it should be easy for customer service to give me the link by email.

I am very sorry to know you are still facing problem and customer support did not reply properly. If you are in America or Canada I suggest why not call US sales on 305-722-5810 (9am - 4pm EST, Mon - Fri and talk this is what customer support Magix (Germany) had asked me to.

I feel in your downloaded Magix Program some thing is missing that is why you can not get proper download message.

Specially for you:
I have upgraded Magix Music Maker 16 to Premium download version  but still have box and cd, I checked contents of cd took screen shot, made a zip file and uploaded. You download that zip file open and check if your installed Magix Program got those items in the image or not. Just one thing in Addon folder, download version might not have all items  ok.

I've checked those printscreens against my installed folders, amd iy seems like it's all there.

I have to wait for the new response from customer service :-)
