Music Maker 16 DL version and Silver

Hello Magix!

So, here are my issues. I can install the program on my PC with no problem, but I have several CDs that were mailed to me from Magix US. They are of various SoundPools. One of the customer service reps gave me his own collection (so he told me) because Magix basically messed up my order. The issue here is every time I try and add the soundpools, the file cannot be found when I try to play some of them in Music Maker. It will tell me to inser the disc or the file is not found etc. I cannot recall the precise error right now as I uninstalled it.

So, does this mean I cannot use the soundpools I have?

I will suggest never add soundpool in this folder but keep on Hard Drive of computer or any external drive. Just one point to note, if you make projects using your soundpool saved on Hard drive or external drives if you will move them you will get error, therefore save the Soundpool 14 where you feel safe and sound. Never use Original Soundpool DVD keep that safe use copy always.

Note: copy entire Soundpool 14 folder some where safe it is named as

soundpool_DVD

PROCEDURE; insert Soundpool DVD 14 in to computer if it opened automatically good(other wise My Computer/DVD click it) you will find License and soundpool_DVD folder, put cursor on soundpool_DVD and drag and drop where you want to save. Other wise use any method to save as you prefer.
