Music Maker 15 Won't Unlock

I bought Music maker 15 and serial won't unlock it it stays in Trial mode. Has anyone else had this problem? It's the eversion.

You should contact Magix support.

Go to support.magix.com on the left you'll see "Contact us"

Send them an email. It will take a few days, but they will get to your problem.

what is displayed? Normally there are only two possible reasons: The serial is wrong (maybe there is a simple type mistake) or the serial is used already.
