Music Maker 15 and Soundpool DVD Collection 16 Soundpools

I am horriably frustrated! I have uninstalled MM15 then Re-Installed it, and now I'm confused. I reinstalled it. Here's my question. ON THE RE-INSTALL should I not include the Music and install the Music seperately. Because I have duplications now, some music works, some do not. AND I also have the Soundpool DVD Collection 16 to contend with. If I Install it, it comes up with a seperate pannel and all, what's up with this? I really want to get to work here. I Love when I can get a song done, but really this is difficult. I really LOVE this Program and have actually managed to get two songs into my Video at You Tube (which is doing very well: http://xrayyoursoul1.wetpaint.com/page/NLP+and+Critical+Thinking) would Love assistance THANKS TECH!!!

If it was working before, why did you uninstall it in the first place?

Would you care to tell us if this is the disk or download version? Basic or Premium version?

Do you know for a fact that the Soundpool 16 is compatible with MM-15?

BTW....This is NOT tech support. We are program users too.

This is the disk version and no it isn't MM15 Professional. The Problem is with my Soundpools i am not getting all of them and they are duplicating blanks. Soundpool 16 should be compatiable but we won't know now will we if tech can't address mine and your questions. This is a big Site, so Tech has to be swamped. Thank you for comming by
