The most common reason for problems like this is because, in your case, the actual audio file is no longer in the exact place where it was when you closed and saved the project.

The project file does not contain any of your picture/video/image or audio files but only details of where, on your computer, the individual elements of your slideshow were stored at the time you last saved your project.  When the project is re-opened, PS searches for and accesses the files it needs to use; if one or more of those files is no longer where it was, you will see the "file not found" message.

If you have not moved that missing file then clearly all the above is not relevant to you, in which case I think we would need to know a lot more about your computer and about exactly how you inserted this audio file originally.

In addition to @emmrecs comment if the music, or any video or image, is on a removable device, eg external drive, memory stick or network storage, then that device must be present every time you open the project.
