MTS import. No Audio

I have Video Deluxe 2014 Plus and the video soundtrack for m2ts has stopped working. The video preview window is played and the song is not played.
Computer with WIN 10,
I've already done Video Deluxe reinstallations, I have downloaded updates.
Request for help

Please help us to help you by supplying the information requested in my previous post, without it we would be guessing what the cause of the issue is.
