mpeg4 doesnt record video just audio.

I paid the money, WHICH IN MY OPINION IS SNEAKY BECAUSE I ALREADY PURRCHASED THE PRODUCT and now it doesnt work. When I try to export to MPEG-4 it just plays back audio not video.

I'm new to MEP14 but I used MEP11 for a year now and had to create a dv-avi file then import it to another program that came with my camera for free to create a MPEG4 file to up load to youtube and myspace. It says on the box that it is youtube ready but i don't think so. plus 1 week after I bought MEP11 they came out with MEP12 and there was now refund or price break to upgrade. MAGIX is sneaky. If I didn't like the program so much I wouldn't do business with them. call them and pitch a ------. It's your money!!

Have you figured this out yet? I'm having the same problem. When I export to mpeg4, it exports the audio, but not the video. Are you on Windows Vista?
