mpeg2 dvd playback

i'm new to the forum after recently buying Magix Video Pro X6. my first real try at editing.

I have a question about burning a mpeg2 dvd, on dvd playback i get a ring made up of small circles rotating (just like buffering) all throughout dvd playback,at the top right hand corner.

Anyone know what causes this ?

Which device are you playing the disc on ie computer or DVD or BD player?

Does the actual video play or are you just seeing the spinning circle?

Dont know why but i now get perfect playback from my DVD's, i wonder if it was the BluRay Player at fault and not Magix Video Pro x6.
