I have JVC PRO HD camera and I would like to know if MP4 coud be imported.I tryed and I got white video only with sound(normal) It works perfectly with Canopus Edius 5,but I would like to use MEP15Pro plus too

Hi,

This format would generally be supported. You need to make sure the MPEG-4 codec is activated, but I guess it would be at this stage (or otherwise would prompt you to activate it). So, either the preview window doesn't display properly or something goes wrong with the actual decoding of the video file. Try going into the program settings of Movie Edit Pro, under the "Display options" tab and experiment with different video modes for the playback in the arranger. If it doesn't have anything to do with video playback but with the actual decoding of the file, it would be interesting to see one of those files. Can you possibly create a small sample, upload it and post it here?
