MP3 Maker 14 Issues wav files and categories

I have just updated from MP3 Maker 12 and have 3 issues. 1. wav - The wav file does not play all the way stops half way but when I play it on WMP it plays fine????? 2. I am not able to load a new symbol for categories from my files which I was able to do from MP3 Maker 12. 3. When I try to find updates for 14 it downloads some info and then shuts down the software but does not install anything? Please help

I tried to reproduce the issues you mentioned but I have not been "successful" yet.

My recommendations: First, reinstall the software with default parameters. Do not change any installation path or the like. Then try again...

If you still face the problems, you should contact the Magix Support, your issues won't be solved in this community, I guess...
