I just got the trial verison of MP3 Deluxe and during imports of different folders have 3 times already (first 24 hours) got

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files(x86)\MAGIX\MP3_deluxe_MX\MP3deluxe.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

How do I contact the application's support team?

Based on so many failures, I can't see buying the product yet.

Poor compatibility between software and system .

Although run time error is a common issues with music in general because it can fill up your temp memory .
