moving all timeline

I wanted to move all timeline so title on a black screen wil be first. Can't find how to do this in manual. and btw what is "object" in manual?

In MEP 14+: You must learn to know the difference between "Mouse mode for single obects" (Alt+1) and "Intelligent mouse mode" (Alt+2). You find them on the Tools Line, over Timeline.
When using "Intelligent mouse", you can drag all the clips to the right to make opening for the title, without making unwanted crossfadings etc.
An "object" can be a title field, a scene, any item on Timeline.
