since installing software i have messed about with the AI where you can get voice from txt etc

can i achieve what i want below and has anyone tried this

my wife died in 2013.. she was 52 and daughter 11 at time

daughter now 22 and i was wondering if i can either do free or cheaply

take an audio sample of my wife from old video

then feed it into some software and get software to sample then to say anything i type

i would also like to digitise her face in future but thats another exercize

i have searched online and many programs exist and all come with subscriptions

but i would love to recreate my wifes voice and even a digitised person and maybe add her to a future movie studio video

only reason i ask here is because of the vast knowledge within forum

i ask ai search engine but nothing of value came back
