I purchased the Magix Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate bundle which includes the proDAD V5 Pro software.

Withing the Movie Studio 2024, I selected 'Help\Activate Content Pack'; in that dialog I entered the coupon-code for proDAD V5 Pro, sent by email from Magix in their purchase confirmation.

The proDAD V5 Pro software was loaded and activated within Movie Studio 2024.

I can open the proDAD V5 Pro effects and select any of them, but I cannot apply the effect because there is a watermark on all proDAD V5 Pro effects selected.

ALL of the Vitascene V5 Pro effects are shown with a watermark: "Can be used after activation, Shop-ID: FULL".

I did check for a Vitascene App in my Windows 11 Start menu and there is no Vitascene application; the Vitascene V5 Pro purchased as part of the Magix Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate bundle installs proDAD V5 Pro as a plug-in via the coupon-code provided in the Magix purchase confirmation.

Vitascene V5 Pro installed in Movie Studio 2024 and I can select any effect; however, all effects have a watermark preventing me from using them.

The plug-in was activated in the Magix Studio 2024 'Activate Content Pack.

Check your emails and spam folder, you should have received a serial number consisting of 7 blocks of 4 characters each separated by hyphens to activate Vitascene.

Also check if you have an account at Prodad.com.

I did receive the 7-blocks-of-4 serial number for proDAD V5 Pro plug-in.

In Movie Studio 2024 'Effects\Extra Effects', the proDAD Vitascene V5 icon is shown and when selected, the 7-blocks-of-4 serial number is shown in the panel just to the right of the 'Extra Effects' panel.

I went to the proDAD.com website and registered and received a registration confirmation email from proDAD.

I have clicked the download arrow in this panel for proDAD Vitascene V5 Pro, and downloaded again, and re-installed again. I found that to re-install V5 Pro again, it is necessary to let the installer download and run and before clicking 'Install' in the Vitascene dialog, I must exit Movie Studio 2024 to allow the install to complete; otherwise, I get an error dialog the the Vitascene DLLs are in use.

So far, I continue to see the watermarks on the Vitascene effects when transferred to the Movie Studio image using the F12 key (as instructed in the Vitascene effects dialog).

Please help me eliminate the Vitascene watermarks. Note that some effects show 'Shop:FULL' and some effects show 'Shop: LE a; EE'.

I followed your instructions with some success! And reviewed all the installed Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate add-ons. Here I will list the remaining questions.

1. proDAD DISGUISE V1: operates correctly; however, the 'help' file is not in English and I cannot read German; can you direct me to acquire the English 'help' file?

2. NewBlue Filters 5 Recolor: I examined the Effects\NewBlue Filters library and I could not locate the Filters 5 Recolor add-on. I found 'Color Replace' effect, but I do not know what I am looking for, regarding the NewBlue Filters 5 Recolor add-on. This add-on is not listed in Effects\Extra Effects. I did install this add-on.

3. NewBlue Filters 5 Refocus: Similarly, I examined the Effects\NewBlue Filters library and I could not locate the Filters 5 Refocus add-on. I found 'Soft Focus' effect, but I do not know what I am looking for, regarding the NewBlue Filters 5 Refocus add-on. This add-on is not listed in Effects\Extra Effects. I did install this add-on. Please note that I installed the add-on 'NewBlue Stylizers 5 Cartoonr Plus' - and I found that specific add-on in the 'Effects\NewBlue Stylizers' library. Again, I do not know what I am looking for regarding the 'NewBlue Filters 5 Recolor' and the 'NewBlue Filters 5 Refocus' add-ons in the 'Effects\NewBlue Filters' library listings.

4. Stellar Repair for Video Premium: This install failed. I detailed this install failure in another post in forum 'TUTORIALS\VIDEO\MOVIE STUDIO' named 'Movie Studio 2024 Suite Ultimate Install fails Stellar Repair Premium'. I will need help to install.

Summary: I am thankful for the many add-ons supplied with Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate; and I am somewhat bewildered by the many installs and activations. I have successfull tested most of the 'Effects' aggregations - with the exception of the above four listed items. I want to thank you and Magix for the excellent support and advice offered in these forums.

Hi.

NB Refocus, Recolour, etc are not effects but packs within the main package containing the effects.

To find out which pack contains which effects it would be good to visit the New Blue Effects website to see what effects are contained in each pack.

Thank-you for the tips; I created account at proDAD.com and requested the English 'help'-file for proDAD DISGUISE V1.

I visited NewBluefx.com and verified the Refocus and Recolor NewBlue effects in Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate.

I created account at Stellar.com and submitted a support-ticket for help installing Stellar Repair for Video Premium.

I visited the Magix Tutorials section and looked for a way to delete my support request to install Stellar Repair for Video Premium - I will avoid posting such help-requests in the Tutorials section.

Pending responses from proDAD and Stellar, I believe all of my issues installing ALL items in the Magix Movie Studio 2024 Ultimate software package have been resolved.

I have a lot of Tutorials to review in all this software content!

Without knowledge of DISGUISE V1 I examined the directory-structure in ...\proDAD\Disguise-1.5\Resources. I found a 'de' directory and a 'en' directory. My Disguise 1.5 executable is set to 'English' at installation, and all panels display in the English language. Only the 'help' button displays help in the German language.

I saved the original files in the 'de' directory and copied the 'en' directory to the 'de' directory (including the help '.chm' file). Now my Disguise 1.5 executable 'help' button displays help in the English language.

No side-effects detected, at this point.

I recently upgraded to Movie Studio 2024 Suite v. 23.0.1.192. After installation, I created a proDAD account & verified my email. I downloaded the extra content from the Help menu, then downloaded the proDAD features from within Movie Studio and was prompted that the plugins would be active upon app restart. Upon restarting, I am being prompted again to re-download the proDAD features...several restarts have not shown the plugins to be active. I activated Movie Studio and proDAD VistaScene V5 with the serial numbers emailed to me when I upgraded to MS 2024. Any suggestions, please?

After you created you proDAD account, start each proDAD standalone application and then click the 'info' icon at the top-right; there you will find the 'activate' button and any serial-number entry. Similarly, for each plug-in, click the effect button (for example, 'proDAD Vitascene' within the proDAD section; not the 'proDAD Vitascene' download button in 'extra effects'), when that plug-in starts, you will see a small 'Activate' button at the top - click it to entery the serial-number sent from Magix.

All of the standalone applications and plug-ins with the 'Ultimate' packs activate correctly and run correctly, with the exception of Stellar Photo Recovery; for me, they sent a patch-update and now it operates fine (open a ticket on the Stellar website after creating an account)!

When posting details of you system specification we only need the basics, ie the last 2 images are showing unnecessary information.

I have tried the serial number provided multiple times and it says it's invalid. I've looked everywhere following all the installation paths and there's no actual Vita Scene program. All I have when I look in 'all apps' is the user manual.
I have also created an account with ProDAD which is verified and active. Short of requesting another product key from Magix, I just wonder if there's anything else I can try. All the NewBlue effects plugins work just fine. The only issue is with ProDAD Vita Scene V5 Pro.
