I have MS 16 Platinum with latest patches and I can not get the Volume Envelope to work. I Right click on the audio track, left click Insert/Remove Envelope and select Volume. However the purple bar does not appear in the middle of the track and I can not adjust the volume in this manner. I have tried with new projects, existing projects and different type of audio files. This was never an issue in prior versions. Can anyone help with this issue?
