Cannot seem to achieve screen capture. Tried using an MP4 played back through a video player. The sound bar indicates sound but the video preview doesn't display anything (the correct monitor is selected). Pressing record starts the timer but when stopped there doesn't appear to be anything captured (either sound or video).

Any help please?
