Movie Studio 16

thoroughly disgusted with Vegas Movie Studio 16 Package I bought, it is a Convoluted Cluster @uck of software I didn't want or plan on having it take over my computer. the software I wanted and though I was buying will not work correctly and will not activate correctly, the NewBlueFX turns out to be trial software and it will not even activate. I am real pissed off, I want my money back and the many hours of my life back I have put into this cluster @uck. the worst part about this is I am not new to this, I have some skills in this area... Vegas seams to be more interested in selling more crap... than providing you with an application that actually works. a convoluted cluster @uck of mile long serial numbers, multiple accounts from other companies who's convoluted systems don't jive......................

thank you for making my point for me. as I said, No Support, empty community forums, No answers, expecting your customers to figure out your problems for you. I would expect more from a German corporation....

I am sorry you felt the need to vent at @ericlnz, who, like all posters here, is another user like yourself. These forums are NOT a route to contact Magix support, they are for user to user discussions. Eric, entirely correctly, directed you to the correct forums for the Vegas product line. Did you actually register at and post there? If not, why not?

The tone of your posts is most certainly NOT one that is expected and required by the Community Rules, which you can find in the footer of every forum page; note especially Rule 1.
