Presets in track motion are currently impossible to use. The UI for them is hidden under the save/cancel buttons on the top left.

If you dock and undock the track motion window, you can see the word "preset" appear on the top left, but it's covered by the two buttons mentioned above when you go near it.

Hopefully a fix can be pushed soon? Pip is currently a nightmare, having to do it by hand each time.
