Movie edit pro15 Have movie on storyboard.but canot open timeline

If I then go to edit the screen goes BLANK SO How do I oped timeline and go back to edit HELP

I had the same problem, but I think I know what to do.
Clikk on Edit button first and after it on Window button. Activate these 3 items -
Program monitor, Media pool and Project.

i have a similar problem that Glascoe had but my problem is with MOVIE EDIT PRO 15 PLUS-download version. I have sent my problem to to Magic tech support and I hope they will give a clu of what to do.

My problem is that every time that i import a video file and i try to switch to "time-line mode" it causes to crush the program ;the rest of the Magic feature work fine. Before i bought the program i used for 30day the trial version and everything worked fine .

But after I bought ; it worked fine for three days and when my os system (windows vista premiun) made a automatic upgrade i started to have that crush problem.

Any idea to solve my problem ?

I try what Binya suggest but it did not work at all.
