Everyboby who could help you first of all needs some technical information. So feel free to give some details about your PC and MEP version.
Maybe you might have to do some computer checking, cleaning, defragmentation etc. Close all unnecessary programs and background activities.

Okay, well I'm just a beginner at technical things so I don't really know exactly  what I should tell you for computer details so, please don't laugh if my answer is silly, okay on my laptop it says lenovo and thinkpad.  Also my version of MEP is version 16 plus (I'm on the trial version because I'm deciding if I really want to buy it).  Okay so if you could help me further that would be great, but the advice you've already given me is great too!
