Movie Edit Pro HEVC-Codec activation fail

Morten-Rasmussen wrote on 2/20/2024, 5:26 AM

Hi

I click-dragged a video (.mkv) into Movie Edit Pro (v.16.0.1.22), and a dialogue said to activate a HEVC-codec for copyright reasons (first pic)

I did, got the e-mail with the code, copy/pasted it, and a pop-up tells me that the code is incorrect. (second pic)

My Magix product is not a trial version.

I did -sort of- the same thing (opened the video, and downloaded a codec) in Windows 10 (first), to be able to watch the video at all. It went without a hitch.

What did I miss?

@Morten-Rasmussen

Hi

Assuming you copy and pasted the serial number including the prefix direct check that you did not include any white space at the end of the serial number.

Otherwise, contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net.
