Movie Edit Pro 17 and download manager

I really dislike download managers because the user has no idea where the file is being saved to the local hard drive. I much prefer a simple file download. If we must have a download manager at least give the user a chance to save the file to location.

So where was Movie Edit Pro 17 downloaded onto my hard drive? I want to back up the file!

I beleive they are stored in a temporary file location, if your talking about the Download version executable for installation. that is of course, if I am not mistaken, it all would depend on the browser you use.

All mine are in the Downloads folder from the My Documents area or under the "User Name" - Downloads folder for Windows 7.

Thanks, that gave me a place to look. Fo anyone else looking for this. I'm using Windows 7.

My Documents > MAGIX Downloads > Installationsmanager

Now I can download the rest of it and back it up.
