Movie Edit Pro 15 crashes when i try to load a new file or previous one.

When load a file and try to run it I am greeted with the message - A memory allocation request failed. The same occurs if I try to load a previously saved file. It loads the first 6 or 7 sections then then a box appears stating - Error in module "***.." (Load address :0xfffffff) to adddress 0x75d7fbae. Exception 0xe06d7363"".

Everything then crashes. Any ideas? No changes have been made to the computer.

can you add info about your computer?

I have a quad core Intel computer with 4 gb of ram and 1tb of HD. It has no problems running Pinnacle Studio 11 in High Definiton mode.
