Hi Stephen i can't find any info on the website links my item is Magix Video editor. pro14 there is no link to download it

If the software is not showing as downloadable in your account and given that it is now very old, it is possible it is no longer available, especially since I am sure it was released only in 32 bit format.

You could try emailing infoservice@magix.net and ask for their assistance with accessing a new download of the product, if it is still available.

Did you originally install from disc or download?

MEP 14 is listed under my account at magix.com, however:

• No download link available
• The P- serial numbers are no longer registerable.
• Depending on your Windows version, the program may not be installable.

It looks like you are going to have to upgrade to a later version old MEP, however depending on your computer specification and Windows version, you may have to consider, though not recommended, finding a newer version of MEP eg one of the 2015 to 2018 versions, preferably in original sealed package with serial number.

Because you should not have created two different accounts, since this is against the Community rules #8. If you have, accidentally or otherwise, created both accounts please PM either myself or @johnebaker and tell us which account you wish to retain and we will delete the other.

We are all users of the software, just like you, so it is not our system and we can do nothing to change how it is set-up!

If you will say which of the two accounts you wish to close (I see more posts using @Ruben-vanLoggerenberg than using @rubenjoseph-v so you may wish to remove the rubenjoseph-v one) either John or I can easily do this for you.

What would be interesting to know, if you are able to tell us, is what happened, or didn't happen, that led you to create a second account? I fully accept you made an honest mistake; unfortunately, it is not unknown for users to deliberately create a second account in order to spam the forums or even troll other users.
