.MOV (H.264) to DVD: How do you enable digital sound?

I transferred my .MOV (H.264) videos from my camcorder and created a DVD using Movie Edit Pro 15 PLUS but the sound is not available through my receiver when I have digital inputs set on the receiver; it does come out of my TV speakers as I have RCA connection from DVD player to the TV as well.  Am I missing something?  Do I need to try other audio input selection on my receiver or do Movie Edit Pro 15 PLUS not support creation of DVD that can play digital audio?  Current setting plays my other DVDs fine.

Yes, the Dolby Digital codec is an extra which you must purchase in order to be able to either export or burn Dolby.    In your Help menu in Movie Edit Pro, go to "Register Online".  That's where you'll find it.

Hope this helps
