Why isn't Magix sorting this problem out?

If the patch has not solved your issue, then you will need to raise a ticket with Technical Support. We cannot provide in-depth analysis over the MAGIX Info site.
Also I would advise to keep discussion for one question on the same thread. If you keep opening new questions, then we cannot track it and help will be even harder to provide.

Thank you ShadowDancer, point taken but I am very frustrated having created a support ticket two weeks ago and still here I am only able to use part of the program. If there is an issue with the download version of MM17, then the community should know about it.
