MM14 vs. Producers Edition

What is the difference between MM14 and MM14 Producers Edition? I see there is a $30.00 price difference and the Producers Edition only seems to be available in download.

What is the difference? I currently use MM11 - I like MM12 but am considering the leap to 14 but at what cost?
