When I use the screen capture feature to bring video into a project I get playback that has short but annoying hesitations about every 3 or 4 seconds in the mixed down (export) finished product.

I get the same annoying hesitation when I use the screen capture feature to bring still photos that I drag across the screen capture area. As before, the problem doesn't show up until the mixdown (export) is completed.

This is the same problem (hesitation) that was in a problem I posted sometime ago about powerpoint slides.

Basically, no matter what I try to capture with screenh capture it will end up with the hesitations in video playback.

How do I get rid of the hesitations?
