I'm using windows 7, I downloaded music maker dance edition 4 for the 30 day trial but every time I open it I don't see any of the soundpools it's blank. I've restarted my computer like 4 time and nothing. when I go to update program/upgrade functions then online update. it ask me for a serial number. This is only the  trial download. Please help I' m losing time on this trial.
