Missing options to finish film

arjones44 wrote on 9/22/2022, 7:08 AM

I have Photo Story Deluxe 2022 and noticed it does not offer me the options such as jump to the film menu, jump to chapter the menu, jump to the next movie, play slideshow as endless loop or stop payback? How do I access this option? Also, how do I create it so no one can make a copy of the finished video?

@arjones44

Hi

Assuming you are creating a DVD or BD disc, the options are available in the Menu properties of the disc menu - right click the menu and select Properties - see image below.

. . . .  Also, how do I create it so no one can make a copy of the finished video? . . . .

At best you can only add an intro movie that cannot be bypassed with a Copyright notice on it.

Disc copy protection is only available to commercial enterprises at a very high cost.

@arjones44

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The options you list are present, see my screenshot below:

but only if you are wanting to burn a DVD! On the workscreen you have the choice (top right hand corner) of Burn or Export. Choosing Burn gives you those options you want.

I suspect you are using the Export option, which does not offer this facility, sorry. Are you using this option to export to, e.g., .mp4?

With regard to your second question, there is no means by which you can create any sort of video file and guarantee that no-one can or will copy it. Even DVDs can be "copied" if one is really determined to do so!
