Missing audio tracks

I downloaded ver 17 trial, then purchased from a vendor ver 16 because 17 was not avialble. I unistalled ver 17 and installed ver 16. Now my tracks do not work because it says it cannot find them. It comes up with an error when I click on the track....it looks for a track with the extension .OGG and it says it has been deleted or moved.

Hi,

You are using Music Maker 16 Box version not download version?

What is your windows os, xp, vista or 7?

As you had installed version 17 earlier and uninstalled though, there are some entries and files left behind which create problem for you.

If you could delete them manually, I mean version 17 files or folder which are still there.

Music Maker install directories in various places depending on Windows os(xp,vista or 7)

I use Windows vista home premium I can guide you about that or xp if you let me know which os you are using.

After cleaning your version 17 left behind files/folder. You can use MMM 16. But I will suggest first you uninstall MMM 16 too.

Then clean your left behind version 17 files.

Normally Music Maker save files on

My Documents, Program files and Application data Or Program data. All files and folder reside MAGIX folder or Magix music maker.

Thank you
