Migrated to faster computer but missing the last patch to DPX

Hi-

Been transferring files and re-loading programs non-stop and realized I couldn't find the last patch I had downloaded some time back. Is there anyone by any chance who might be able to lead me to a Magix link to download it as described below.

I managed to find the this first one on the Magix site but it's the 2nd one I seek

CURRENT VERSION: Xara Designer Pro X 16.0.0.55162  DL x64

Trying to find a link to this patch: Xara Designer Pro X 16.3.0.57723  DL x64

Any help greatly appreciated. While loading previous projects I'm getting a lot of "this was made on new version so leaving this or that out.

I'd just buy the upgrade, which I will soon, but just dropped a ton on new computer, video compositing softwares, yadda yadda.

Many thanks, Bob

Designer ProX, Windows 10 64

Hi

. . . . I'd just buy the upgrade, which I will soon . . . .

If your Update Service has expired, then as you have re-installed, you only get the version you purchased and no access to the Online Content - see the last paragraph starting Note for Designer Pro owners: here.

I'm afraid the upgrade is the only route.

Hi John and thanks for the comment.

I should have mentioned that the very LAST version I had updated to on the OLD computer was indeed: Xara Designer Pro X 16.3.0.57723  DL x64.

On the new computer, I installed it using my migrated install exe which may have been ProX15 or so and THEN I was actually able to find a link on the Magix site for the update patch to Xara Designer Pro X 16.0.0.55162  DL x64.

Hence my question if there may also be a link to 16.3.0.57723......since I already have it on my old computer but for some reason the actual exe to 16.3.0.57723 wasn't in my download folder. I vaguely remember something like seeing there's an "update" available one day, so I clicked to update but my guess is, it left no trace of same.

Sounds like I'm hosed though...

Thanks for your thoughts, Bob

Hi Bob

In the document I linked to, Update Service item 1 states - 'if you re-install your product on a new computer after the Update Service has expired then the new installation will fall back to the version you last purchased'

Hence the inability to update beyond 16.0.n.nnnnn.

Patches are usually deleted once they have updated the program.

Ah-hah.....well, had I the time to have read that, I wouldn't have wasted your time. Sorry about that and yes, knowing the incessant marketing pushes across all their software, which I have most of, I can see why they don't want to leave small patches around. '-) Well, 18 here I come...
