AFAIK there is no way to do this.

However if you are showing the slideshow from within Photostory then you can switch to Timeline mode then the image files names are displayed at the top of the individual objects as shown below -

 

If you are exporting the  slideshow and sending it to the 3rd party then you will have to manually add titles for each image.
