MEP15 Crash on Startup

Hi

Cant see this anywhere, but today I have been using MEP15 (its the download version whilst I wait for the full version to arrive in the post).

Its all been working fine and I was trying to record from screen and took several goes. However, now when i go into my existing video or any new video after loading from scratch and click EDIT, I get the following:

MAGIX MOVIE EDIT PRO 15 PLUS HAS STOPPED WORKING
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Nothing else happens and the program closes.

Has anyone else had this or have any ideas whats causing it?

i need to get this video finished and its almost done!

I spoke to the support on 0905 118 0888 and they told me to open up MEP15 and on teh welcome screen click cancel.

Then click HELP and then RESET PROGRAM SETTINGS TO DEFAULTS

and it worked

Nice bit of advice for anyone else having problems

domboy you are a TOTAL DUDE!! I too had problems with MEP15 crashing every time I loaded a project and clicked on "EDIT" and now that I have reset program settings to default it works a treat! I was pulling my hair out trying all sorts to get it working so thanks a bunch!!!
